- Development of diagnostic predictive models based on liquid biopsy techniques. This involves comparing transcriptomic profiles from uterine and ovarian tissues and extrapolating the findings by identifying circulating genetic material in plasma and facilitating the differential diagnosis of gynecological tumors.
- Assessment of uterine tumor heterogeneity through single-cell sequencing, aimed at generating a high-resolution map of the tumor microenvironment (TME) and refining an organoid-based experimental model.
- Molecular profiling of the human uterus at single-cell resolution to explore its roles in health and disease. Building on our recent publication in Nature Communications, we aim to expand this research by achieving spatially precise analysis of myometrial tumors using high-plex spatial transcriptomics and proteomics across whole tissue sections.
