Líneas de investigación

  1. Study of new molecular markers (mutations of IgVH, TP53, BIRC3, MYD88, NOTCH1 and SF3B1) in CLL: conventional versus NGS techniques. Implication in clonal evolution associated with tumor progression.
  2. To integrate and analyze the data obtained from lymphoma evaluation tests, using new tools of imaging interpretation (artificial intelligence, deep learning and radiomics), disease-specific molecular markers (lymphoma clonotype through liquid biopsies) and CAR-T cell monitoring (digital PCR) to accurately predict disease response at one year of CAR-T cells infusion
  3. To analyze the value of new molecular markers in lymphoma stablished by Next Generation Sequencing Techniques (NGS) to help diagnosis of certain types of lymphoproliferative diseases and also the prognostic impact in term of response to treatment and future targeted therapy
  4. New therapeutic options for CLL/lymphoma/ MM patients who are refractory to chemoimmunotherapy.
