During 2025: - First, we analysed the mutational status of IgVH in CLL and its prognostic impact in a wide series of patients, as well as collaborating in the design of a new NGS technique to study this mutational status. New molecular markers (mutations TP53, BIRC3, MYD88, NOTCH1 and SF3B1) have also been studied in CLL by new generation sequencing techniques. In addition, ongoing collaboration in the GENOMA CLL sequencing project, with a clinical-evolutionary update. - Second, we analysed and integrated data from conventional lymphoma evaluation tests performed for clinical practice, including clinical, molecular and imaging biomarkers using new imaging interpretation tools (artificial intelligence, deep learning and radiomics), disease-specific molecular markers (lymphoma clonotype through liquid biopsies) and CAR-T cell monitoring (digital PCR) to accurately predict disease response at one year of CAR-T cell infusion. - Third, we began identifying patients and samples of lymphoma patients diagnosed at our centre who could benefit from personalized genomic precision medicine and participation in the PREGENLINF project. - Finally, we have expanded our participation in clinical research projects in CLL, refractory lymphomas and multiple myeloma, in both the incorporation of new drugs and the design and development of new therapeutic options in the context of phase 1–3 clinical trials.
