  1. This group, initially focused on cardiometabolic research, has extended the scope of its activity by integrating new lines, such as active aging, liver diseases and research in pediatrics, and has consolidated the Research based on Big Data. It has recently opened new lines of work in mental health and genetics.
  2. We have addressed issues such as the cardiovascular impact of risk factors (such as smoking, hypertension and diabetes), care inequalities according to gender, the impact of social determinants, diagnostic and therapeutic inertia, potentially inappropriate prescribing or stratification of the chronic population according to costs.
  3. We collaborate with other INCLIVA research groups, such as internal medicine, cardiology, nephrology and aging.
